📍Grande Halle, Luma Foundation, Arles
▪️ iDzia installation : sound, light, structure
The Grande Halle, located in the Parc des Ateliers in Arles, was transformed by the iDzia team to host an exceptional event: We Love Green Arles. This festival, usually held in Paris, chose to set up in the Mediterranean this year, offering the public a lively evening filled with energy and musical discoveries. The venue, steeped in industrial history, was enhanced by iDzia’s contemporary touch, turning the space into an immersive concert hall while preserving the essence of this impressive building.
The installation carried out by iDzia highlighted the grandeur of the Grande Halle while incorporating cutting-edge technology to offer a unique sound and visual experience. The work on sound, lighting, and structure created a unique atmosphere where each spectator felt immersed in an environment that was both powerful and refined. The combination of subtly modulated lighting, flawless sound, and carefully arranged structures transformed this industrial space into a magical venue, where music became all-encompassing, and artists performed under ideal conditions.
The sound installation by iDzia, consisting of high-quality sound systems, delivered perfect acoustics throughout the hall, enveloping the audience in a sea of sound. The lighting played a key role in highlighting the performances on stage, creating changing moods and emphasizing the key moments of the evening. The interplay of lights seamlessly merged with the music, giving the audience the sensation of experiencing a total sensory journey. The structures set in place further enhanced the architecture of the space, creating a dynamic and spectacular visual backdrop.
The We Love Green festival, though originally from Paris, found a new identity in this Mediterranean setting. Festival-goers enjoyed an intense evening of music, discovery, and shared moments in a venue where industrial history harmoniously blended with the modernity of the installations. In addition to the Grande Halle, iDzia also handled the installation and operation of the Étang stage, offering a second immersive and remarkable sound and visual experience. This fusion of contemporary architecture, music, and technology gave birth to an unforgettable evening that marked the festival's return in 2022.
