The UPE13, Union for Enterprises of Bouches-du-Rhône, chose to celebrate the year 2020 in a symbolic and prestigious location: the Garage de l'Avenir - Audi in Arles. The event, marking the beginning of the year, brought together key figures from the local and regional business world to share a moment of conviviality and exchanges around the Union’s wishes for the upcoming year. It was also an opportunity to reflect on past achievements and look ahead to future projects for the year to come. A unique chance to strengthen ties between companies in the region and create new synergies.

iDzia, a key player in the audiovisual technical services field, handled the full technical setup for this event. We were in charge of the sound, lighting, and stage design to ensure the best atmosphere for all the attendees. Our team ensured that every aspect of the ceremony was perfectly managed, providing technical solutions befitting the scale of the event.

The sound system was carefully tailored to the space to provide a clear and immersive auditory experience, regardless of where the participants were located.
