iDzia had the pleasure of participating in an exceptional event organized by PRODISS, the professional organization representing the main companies in the musical and variety show industry in France. PRODISS plays a key role in defending, promoting, and representing the interests of its members, who are major players in the fields of contemporary music, jazz, musicals, variety shows, and one-man shows. The organization currently brings together nearly 350 entrepreneurs, producers, distributors, venues, and festivals working in the creation and distribution of live performances.
This event, which took place at the Maison de la Vie Associative and Hôtel Arlatan in Arles, provided an opportunity to bring together industry professionals to discuss the current challenges facing the music and entertainment sectors. iDzia was fortunate to be entrusted with the technical services for this important meeting, and we were excited to apply our expertise in sound, lighting, and video.
Our team handled the complete technical setup for the event, ensuring a blend of professionalism and hospitality. For the sound system, we chose high-quality equipment to ensure perfect acoustics, allowing every speaker to be clearly heard. The spaces were evenly covered by the sound system, taking into account the unique architecture of both the Maison de la Vie Associative and Hôtel Arlatan.
For the lighting, we designed an installation that highlighted the spaces while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lighting setup was adapted to suit the different phases of the event, from the conferences and discussions among professionals to more casual networking moments. We utilized modern, innovative solutions to maintain a dynamic and pleasant ambiance throughout the day.
Finally, the video aspect was also a crucial part of this service. We installed projection and display equipment to showcase presentations, videos, and important messages. This setup was designed to be seamless and easily accessible, ensuring an optimal visual experience for all participants.
This event was a great opportunity for iDzia to showcase its expertise and ability to meet the specific technical needs of such a demanding sector as live entertainment. We are proud to have contributed to the success of this gathering and to have supported the initiatives of PRODISS, which works to promote and defend the professions in the performing arts industry.
