The LUMA Arles Foundation is a visionary contemporary art center created by Maja Hoffmann, located in the heart of the dynamic city of Arles, Provence. The foundation's creative campus is set in the Parc des Ateliers, a former industrial site that has undergone a spectacular transformation. This complex includes several renovated buildings, blending history with modernity, as well as the LUMA Tower, a masterpiece designed by the legendary architect Frank Gehry. The LUMA Foundation is dedicated to supporting contemporary artistic creation in all its forms, through exhibitions, conferences, performances, and specific artistic projects.
LUMA Arles is not only an exhibition space but also an experimental environment where artists can collaborate, exchange ideas, and push the boundaries of their practices. It serves as a laboratory for new artistic approaches while encouraging strong interaction with the public. Each event, exhibition, or performance is designed to provoke thought and invite total immersion in groundbreaking works.
In this unique environment, IDzia regularly contributes its expertise, providing immersive experiences through lighting, sound, and scenography. Whether for contemporary art exhibitions, concerts, parties, or creative projects, IDzia brings its know-how to enhance each space and bring artistic projects to life in their full dimension.
The events at the LUMA Foundation are diverse and varied, offering visitors a chance to discover exceptional works while exploring the interaction between art, architecture, and new technologies. In addition to its regular exhibition program, the foundation hosts special events that spotlight renowned artists, creative research projects, and international collaborations. These events aim to foster a dialogue between artistic practices, history, and current social issues, offering innovative responses to contemporary challenges.
By intervening within the LUMA Foundation, IDzia contributes to enriching the overall experience for visitors, highlighting installations, and transforming each space into a work of art in its own right. With a refined technical approach, IDzia plays a key role in creating the distinctive atmosphere that makes this venue an essential contemporary art center in Arles and beyond. Whether through its sound design, lighting installations, or spatial interventions, IDzia helps elevate the artistic experience and fosters an environment where creativity and innovation can thrive.
