The PlanB Festival, held from August 2 to August 8 at the MUCEM in Marseille, offered an exceptional experience that captivated the senses of festival-goers for eight days. This festival not only showcased internationally renowned artists but also presented a perfect blend of music, lighting, video, and structure. iDzia's technical setup played a crucial role in creating this immersive and spectacular atmosphere. Thanks to a team of passionate professionals and recognized expertise, the event was marked by outstanding sound, lighting, and visual quality.
The state-of-the-art equipment provided by iDzia helped give the event a unique dimension. The DB Audiotechnik V Series audio systems ensured clear and powerful sound, ensuring that every spectator, whether near the stage or farther away, experienced top-notch audio quality. These systems are designed to deliver uniform sound coverage across large areas, which was ideal for the MUCEM with its unique architecture and vast outdoor space.
The Yamaha CL5 console, used for audio mixing, enabled precise and dynamic sound management, offering complete flexibility to meet the artists’ needs and ensuring an unforgettable musical experience. Every performance was perfectly supported by flawless sound.
Visually, the Robe Lighting and Martin Lighting installations transformed the MUCEM space. These lighting setups were strategically placed to enhance the atmosphere of each performance. In addition, video projections enriched the sensory experience of the festival-goers, providing immersive visuals that perfectly complemented the music and lighting.
