We had the pleasure of working at the Amphitheater of the National School of Photography (ENSP) in Arles to set up a complete and tailored audiovisual installation. This project provided an opportunity for our team to showcase its expertise in video conferencing systems, video projection, video capture, sound system, acoustic treatment, and lighting, ensuring an immersive and professional experience for the users of this space.

The installation of a high-performance video conferencing system was at the heart of this project. Thanks to our expertise, we were able to set up equipment tailored to the specific needs of the ENSP, ensuring smooth and high-quality communication for remote conferences and interactions with international experts. The system we chose guarantees exceptional image and sound clarity, even for meetings with many remote participants.

Video projection also played a key role in the installation. We set up high-quality projectors that ensure sharp and bright projections on a large screen. Whether for presentations, student work screenings, or conferences, this equipment ensures perfect visibility for all viewers, creating an ideal atmosphere for exchanging ideas and displaying visual content.

For video capture, we designed a solution to film all key moments of the event in high definition, whether they were conferences, debates, or screenings. The capture system was carefully chosen to provide optimal quality while remaining discreet and integrated into the architecture of the room. The footage is then broadcasted in real-time through the projection system, ensuring that all participants, whether present in person or remotely, enjoy the best possible experience.

Sound system and acoustic treatment were particularly important to guarantee impeccable sound quality in such a large space. Using state-of-the-art sound systems and meticulous acoustic treatment, we were able to offer perfect sound clarity, whether for live interventions or pre-recorded broadcasts. Every speech is now perfectly audible, no matter where one is sitting in the amphitheater.

Finally, the lighting was designed to create an atmosphere suited to each moment of the event while meeting the functional needs of the space. Adjustable lighting was installed to properly illuminate the stage while creating a pleasant atmosphere for the participants. This lighting system was subtly integrated so as not to interfere with the quality of the projection or video capture, while enhancing the key moments of the event.

Thanks to this comprehensive installation, we were able to provide ENSP with a high-performance, flexible audiovisual solution tailored to their event needs. This project showcased iDzia’s expertise in creating interactive and immersive environments, connecting people, and improving the experience of participants at every event.
